Digital Marketing Manager

The Sage Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for their SF financial services clients, who will develop strategies and campaigns to build and deepen customer relationships. This person will work with Wealth, Brokerage, and Retirement lines of businesses to develop the goals, strategies, and test and learn plans to deepen their relationships with customers. They will develop, execute and measure campaigns for effectiveness and develop recommendations for future efforts. Previous experience with designing and executing test and learn strategies is a huge plus. Digital marketing experience and familiarity with investments/brokerage is required.

Skills Required:

3-5+ years' digital marketing experience.

Familiarity with brokerage or investments required.

Strategic/ability to create strategy

Experience managing projects

Ability to understand data and how to measure data

Experience with designing and executing test and learn strategies is a huge plus.

Deep understanding of database marketing, segmentation and targeting.

End-to-end digital email campaign management experience.

Previous work with database consultants/modelers in creation of targeted customer lists or pre campaign financial projections.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience handling presentations on creative strategy.

Evaluate and manage new digital initiatives.

Evaluate market and competitive activity.

Develop strategies and programs to achieve sales and program goals.

Direct internal and external vendors in developing and distributing creative program collateral.

Develop and execute program communications, processes and training for sales or relationship management staff.

Conduct/direct post-campaign analysis to measure performance.

Responsibilities Include:

Experience with customer value management is required. Once a new account is opened the Digital Marketing Manager will build strategies for customer loyalty and to develop customer relationships.

Both good inbound and outbound digital marketing experience is required. This person will manage the development of banners and emails and develop targeting and placement strategies

The consultant will develop, execute and measure campaigns for effectiveness and develop recommendations for future efforts.

Experience developing a test and learn strategy is highly desirable.

This is a brand new role and the consultant will work very closely with the hiring manager and the Line of Business.

Manage marketing projects using your project management experience.

Responsible for developing and managing broad, strategic digital channel, data-driven direct marketing initiatives in support of Wealth, Brokerage and Retirement businesses with accountability for driving sales.

Evaluates and manages new digital initiatives; evaluates market and competitive activity; develops strategies and programs to achieve sales and program goals; directs internal and external vendors in developing and distributing creative program collateral; develops and executes program communications, processes and training for sales or relationship management staff; and conducts/directs post-campaign analysis to measure performance.

Works with a team of specialists inside/outside the organization in sizing opportunities, collecting data, and planning/executing programs, e.g. works with database consultants/modelers in creation of targeted customer lists or pre-campaign financial projections.

Marketing through digital channels- company website, mobile and tablet.

Ability to work in a high paced environment.

Good communication skills- for presentations primarily on creative and creative strategy.
