Cloud Computing Network Virtualization Architect
l Location: Santa Clara, California, USA
Job Responsibilities
l Development of a technology plan which covers 2 to 3 years, especially identify the SDN key technology, related technology to support the product strategy. The technology plan is used to assure Huawei Cloud Computing Network and SDN related solution to keep the continuously industry-leading competitiveness, and used to guide the R&D team research and development strategy.
l Design Huawei Cloud Computing Cloud OS Network architecture. Guide, manage and coordinate other experts to realize the competitive technology or features on network area.
l As a technical expert leader, tightly interact with members of executive team, product management team and R&D team to assure the technology realization to be consistent with company goals and priorities.
Job Qualifications
l 10+ years working experience in datacenter network area. Successful network practical planning or design experience in Cloud Computing related technology is required.
l Deep understanding of TCP/IP network technology, expertise in network virtualization related open source software and tools: including Linux network protocol stack, Openvswitch, etc. Experienced in architecture design of SDN or Network virtualization products.
l Experienced in product architecture design and protocol of Vxlan, OpenFlow, DVR, etc. Familiar with OpenStack Neutron or Opendaylight or ONOS, or OpenContrail community design and development.
