Job Description: We're looking for a dynamic self-motivated individual with the talent to sell the value of AlterG's products by engaging with current and prospective customers and uncovering their need to show them how our products can solve their problems. You will join our dedicated US Medical Sales team and be a key part of growing the customer base in your territory. As a Medical Regional Sales Representative you are expected to meet performance objectives by applying your people and sales skills to the fullest. You will be supported by our Inside Sales Representative who will schedule appointments and help with calendar management.
Responsibility:
Achieve or surpass sales objective by growing sales in assigned territory
Interacting with potential and current customers by phone, email and during personal on-site visits
Conduct in-services
Interact with Insides Sales Representative to plan visits and lead creation
Develop/maintain thorough knowledge of market structure/territory, applications, terminology trends and changes in healthcare.
Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products
Prepare periodic sales pipeline reports showing sales volume and potential sales?
Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness
Experience/Education/Qualification:
2-3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in capital medical equipment
Self-starter, goal oriented and ambitious, with capacity and drive to reach and exceed quota
Excellent planning, organization and coordination skills
Effective communication through al mediums (verbal, listening, written)
Reliable, take initiative and work independently
Possess great flexibility and are characterized by an open and service-oriented mindset
Have the ability to keep a clear head under pressure
Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit with experience in pioneering new products
Advanced skills using MS office and CRM's (Salesforce.com)
Associates degree or better required with an emphasis on Business Administration or Marketing preferred
Mature and self-confident
Travel required: 75%
Compensation: Base + Uncapped commission, car allowance including benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k), and stock options
