Qualification Requirements for the PMO Support Contractor.
A. Minimum Experience
• Active PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
• Demonstrated understanding and expertise in the application of the standards and principles contained in the Project Management Institute (“PMI”)’s A Guide to the ProjectManagement Body of Knowledge (“PMBOK® Guide”)
• Experience supporting a PMO for 2 or more ERP projects or similarly large technology projects
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in project management, project risk management and quality assurance
• Possess expert-level skills in the use of Microsoft Project for dynamic scheduling
• Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite
• Verifiable communication (verbal and written), leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
B. Preferred Experience
• Active Risk Management Professional (“PMI-RMP”) certification
• Six Sigma certification
• Experience leading planning activities for an ERP or similarly large technology project
• Experience with financial ERP applications
• Experience working with State of Florida Agencies
