Marketing Project Manager
The Sage Group is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to work with our client, a global leader in Business Infrastructure Virtualization in Palo Alto. This person will primarily be responsible for managing the production of digital and social marketing assets that will ultimately be used to drive leads for our client's marketing campaigns, as well as lead and support other projects as they arise. Successful candidates will have an interest in both the strategic and the tactical elements of this role. Responsibilities Include:
Assemble Social Media content and manage editorial calendar
Manage social media updates and placement of content to the vault: promotions, Sales Bytes, and highlight globally best marketing/sales assets by Geo
Provide tactical support for organic and paid search
Interlock with the content SMEs and PMMs to scope and source content outlines, manage internal review cycles internally
Be able to provide value-add during reviews: first-pass reviews for copyediting, branding/graphics compliance and adjustments, message edit recommendations to SMEs
Assist with metrics and reporting
Skills Required:
3+ years' experience in marketing project management supporting content strategy and development for technical products and solutions
Strong social media marketing project management and editorial calendaring experience
Able to articulate and make a case for a compelling content piece, understanding of latest trends in content marketing
Exceptional project management experience
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Collaborative, team player
Start: ASAP
Timing: 6 months+, likely extended, 40 hours/week
Location: Palo Alto
