A fast growing big data start up is looking for a Director, Demand Generation for a maternity leave backfill. The Director will be responsible for managing a team chartered with the end to end execution of events, webinars, email campaigns and other demand gen programs. This is a 7 month maternity leave backfill role, 40 hours per week, onsite at the client's offices in San Francisco, CA. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, health benefits offered.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of 5 demand gen/program managers
• Work with internal marketing and domain experts to devise key messaging points for lead generation campaigns.
• Manage marketing prospect lists including the Salesforce.com database, Marketo, as well as identifying external source lists of key prospect groups.
• Manage and execute on events including conferences and trade shows, webinars, seminars and co-marketing events with partners
• Manage installed base customer interactions and email promotions
• Responsible for the success of email nurturing campaigns
• Adjust demand generation strategy based upon the metrics realized
Requirements:
• 5 years marketing experience with minimum of 3 years managing a demand generation team
• Experience in enterprise software, preferably with data integration or business intelligence solutions
• Experience using Marketo and Salesforce.com
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and prospects via lead generation programs and manage lead generation programs
• Ability to define a set demand generation metrics that are tracked to evaluate program effectiveness
• Proven ability to work closely with product marketing, product management and sales to obtain relevant content for communications and lead generation campaigns.
• Self-starter, entrepreneurial, start up experience preferred
• Bachelor Degree, MBA preferred.
