Join us for an exciting career as an Account Manager, supporting the health insurance needs of our clients. This role is part of an experienced account service team environment. The office environment is collaborative. We provide an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities include:
• Assist clients with claims, billing, and eligibility questions
• Review insurance contracts and employee communications for accuracy
• Prepare renewal and financial reports
• Research answers to compliance questions
• Track status of new plan implementation, contract review, and renewals
• Coordinate with vendors regarding Open Enrollment
• Attend and conduct Open Enrollment Meetings
We require
• 3-5 years of experience in health insurance (medical and ancillary contracts)
• General knowledge of employee benefits
• Strong written communications skills
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products
