Job Description:
We are looking for someone who can help create a category, establish thought leadership, and build a pipeline to enable a rapidly growing sales team to hit its targets.
There is no pre-existing template or format that will work perfectly for what we are trying to accomplish. We need someone who can chart the course to success. This requires creativity, business judgment, the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and a talent for pixie dusting.
Responsibilities:
- Own the marketing plan/roadmap.
- Develop marketing communications materials that help generate leads and further position the company as an industry leader.
- Drive the event calendar.
- Manage a team of marketing specialists.
- Deal with PR agencies.
- Manage analyst relationships.
- Build world-class sales tools.
- Measure and monitor success of marketing programs.

- Strong business thinker.
- Understands how enterprise sales work.
- Competitive individual who hates losing.
- High energy, with positive attitude.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred. MBA a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years relevant work experience. Portfolio required, case study examples a plus.
