ShapeSecurity is a stealth mode technology startup producing a SaaS web

on the web. Shape seeks exceptional candidates to play key roles in the
development of Shape's innovative, patent pending web security
products and services.
Senior Linux Platform Engineer (Very strong in support of development
groups and solid skills in scripting)
The Senior Linux Platform engineer is responsible for development of a
high assurance Linux based soft appliance capable of running a high
performance network application. Target platforms include native
hardware and virtualization environments.
Requirements:
7+ years Linux/Unix operational InfoSec experience including
security monitoring and firewall configuration
5+ years recent Linux based soft appliance creation
5+ years OS hardening experience
BS Computer Science or equivalent experience
Must also have several of the following:
Experience working in a start up environment
Deep knowledge of TCP/IP and common Internet protocols including
HTTP and DNS
Experience with platform security assessment and certification
standards including Common Criteria,
FIPS/NIST, etc
