This boutique sized agency in San Jose is growing! New staff, new accounts, new position! Right now they would like to add a superstar Account Director to their senior management team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years in technology (agency experience current or recent please!) 5 of those years need to be in a supervisory capacity. Person needs to have strong people management and budget management experience and of course work well in a boutique size group. The accounts are for the most part enterprise and B2B so obviously similar account experience preferred. Social media and product work for accounts. The position is new due to growth and new business. They are prepared to interview and have the new candidates meet their team.
