The Sage Group is looking for a Sales Analyst to work for a leading nutritional company in San Francisco, CA. This person will be responsible for evaluating data and translating it into actionable insights for organization. The ideal candidate is extremely comfortable with large amounts of data and is proficient with IRI and/or Nielsen.
CONTR: Sales Analyst - 5598
Responsibilities Include
- Review and synthesize large amounts of data into coherent and compelling stories/presentations/decks.
- Work with CFO and CEO to analyze data for internal and external presentations.
- Utilize IRI and Retail Link to mine significant amounts of data in order to conduct competitive analysis.
- Finalize IRI Category Report in order for the company to track category, competitive, and brand performance on a monthly basis.
- Conduct detailed analysis of new distribution to help understand how the company is performing.
-Create easy to understand tools to track the new distribution on a monthly basis and communicate these results to management.
Skills Required
- 3-5 years of data analysis experience within a CPG company
- Analytic mind & strong problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to synthesize large amounts of data into compelling stories
- Experience with IRI or Nielsen
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
Timing: 3-4 months, 40 hrs/week (5 days)
