Title: HR Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6 mos+ (renewed quarterly)
Experis has an immediate HR Analyst position who will be supporting our client´s projects which impacts data maintenance on the HRIS, including mass updates for configurations, analyis and maintaintenance.
Requirement:
- 5+ professional experience with background in Configuration and Requirement Gathering
- System configuration - Configure HRMS system to support ongoing operations and projects.
- Maintenance of configurations will be primary role and use of Oracle Web ADI´s to update data
- Ability to analyze data or change requests defined by Business Teams.
- Understanding of Oracle HRMS and how the employee screens function
Communication Skills
- Ability to talk to Business users to translate business needs to configuration needs.
- Ability to work with Engineering teams when requirements include code changes.
Documentation Skills
- Able to document the requirements accurately
- Expert validation and testing experience
