I have a short term project for a client in startup mode in the Schaumburg area.
My client is looking for someone ASAP who can come in and work on at least 20 job descriptions.
Some are already written and need a refresh and most from scratch.
They are all levels from technology to sales (some are SVP, Director-level).
MUST be able to sit with Sr. leadership and hiring managers and be able to delve into the roles by asking the right questions.
Then will compose from scratch or re-write existing job descriptions.
Must also be able to track the project deliverables and timelines to ensure smooth delivery.
This consultant must not only be a strong verbal communicator and writer but understand how thorough descriptions impact comp, level, hiring, performance, etc....
Do you anyone that may be good for this?
The hourly pay on a 1099 would be around $30-35.
