Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree
Visa Candidates Considered - YES
RF experience preferred as well as IP Network Knowledge
Performs development and execution of software methods and processes.
Responsible for performing tests, test methods, and test procedures to ensure continuous improvement to software quality assurance
standards.
Implements and defines testing methodology and standards to improve results.
Creates and maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommend corrective action.
Consults with senior testers and development engineers to help resolve issues.
Ongoing work towards improving the test process is also expected.
Capable of leading test projects in a test lead role.
Software Engineering or Computer Science with 10 years of related experience. Has excellent troubleshooting diagnosis skills.
Must have solid technical documentation skills.
Proven skills working independently and in a team environment.
Experience in P-25/LMR/Tetra/ equivalent telecom technologies will be a plus.
