Title: Web Project Manager - Social Media Marketing Manager
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 3 mos+ (with possibility of extension)
Experis has an immediate need for a Web Project Manager/Social Media Marketing Manager with the following qualifications:
- 7-10+ years of experience in marketing, PR or a related discipline with at least 5 years of Social Media experience
- Responsible for driving the company�s social media training and enablement initiative as well as for participating in various social media-related activities.
- Very strong social media expertise both on the strategic and tactical levels from program strategy development to day-to-day execution
- Solid understanding of social tools, destination, vehicles, concepts, strategies and tactics, and a natural drive to always keep up with trends
- Ability to turn this expertise into digestible learning tools and programs for different audiences
- Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time with little supervision
- An eye for detail
- Previous social media training and consulting experience is desirable
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Create and implement training strategy and programs for various audiences
- Research, design and deliver social media course work that addresses multiple social media experience levels
- Develop social media best practices and other training content
- Evangelize the social media training program
- Evaluate and refine training and education program as needed
- Provide consulting services to various groups and audiences
