Role: Web Program Manager - Channel Partner Portal

Position Overview:
Channel impact is seeking a full time Global Partner Portal Manager to support our client's WW Partner Communications organization.
This is a W2 opportunity at Channel Impact.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Manage the creative, operational and technical aspects of worldwide Partner portal, including design, development, integration and maintenance
• Interface with other regions web managers to coordinate global changes to Partner Center.
• Develop and evolve an ecosystem of web assets (websites, microsites, and other assets) that create brand awareness and partner loyalty
• Implement web landing pages, emails, and other web assets to support marketing campaigns in target markets worldwide
• Track progress of results, optimize existing capabilities and develop new opportunities for driving partner traffic
• Integrate social media programs and capabilities with web assets to extend our ability to engage with partners
• Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of portal traffic to optimize results
• Maintain and apply working knowledge of the latest web marketing trends, technology and practices
Skill Sets:
• Bachelor�s degree required
• Minimum 8 years of work experience in web design / development and digital marketing with a minimum 12 years of cumulative professional experience
• Proficient with web content management systems (CMS)
• Experience working with other geography
• Working knowledge of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
• Written and verbal communication skills meet the highest business standards
• Able to successfully manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects
• Mature, self-starter, determined, entrepreneurial spirit, capable of working independently
• Ability to complete tasks and follow-up activities, consistently meets deadlines, and strive to exceed expectations with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail; takes pride in work; and aspires to maintain continual personal and professional growth
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to speak a language other than English is a plus
