2+ years' experience to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia.

Desired Skills and Experience
Here is what Choice Technology Group is looking for:
* IT Staffing Agency Experience
* Proven track record sourcing and placing contract and PERM IT candidates
locally
* Ability to establish strong relationships with candidates through phone
calls and face to face meetings
* Willingness to work hard but smart
* Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and
recruit the very best candidates
* Commitment to excellence on the phone and developing relationships with one on one meetings
* Strong internet/social media sourcing skills
* Interviewing and resume screening skills to ensure candidates' credentials
match job requirements
* High level of integrity and a teaming attitude
* Excellent negotiating and communication skills
* Self-motivated, a sense of urgency and desire to be the best
* Excellent organization skills with an emphasis on maintaining detailed
documentation
