Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a full-time Virtual Sales Organization (VSO) Marketing Manager Consultant for our client in San Jose, CA. Note: This is a fully remote job. The Virtual Sales Marketing Manager will support inside sales team for marketing.
Responsibilities include:
* Accelerate the sale of services offerings by leveraging programs designed to drive demand generation for the virtual sales service organization
* Prioritize programs by business needs driving year over year growth of services bookings
* Collaborate and actively integrate with Partner Marketing
* Coordinate and leverage resources from across company to improve services virtual Sales organizations success
* Execute success of VSO respective programs and communicate results against determined metrics quarterly
* Recognize, recommend and lead opportunities for disruptive marketing innovation and proactively eliminate barriers for success
* Maintain productive communications with all key interlock points and escalate issues and inhibitors timely and appropriately
Skills:
* 6-7 years of solid B2B business experience (required) that reveals a proven ability to quickly grasp new technologies and adapt a customer-centric approach while consulting and negotiating with key stakeholders
* Strong experience in field marketing
* Strong program management and execution skills
* Demonstrated ability to succeed in a matrix environment
* Solid understanding of technical services offerings
* Demonstrated success managing programs and resources to successful outcome
* Ability to recognize barriers to success and make recommendations to both product and services teams to overcome hurdles
* Extremely effective in a matrix-managed organization and have well-developed communications and presentation skills
* Ability to recognize when escalation is required and initiate effectively and with suggested solutions
RATE: D.O.E. as a W-2 employee of Crawford Group; benefits available
LOCATION: 100% offsite, remote, WFH
DURATION: Full time; ongoing, renewable quarterly
