A degree or experience in process plant technology is required.
Experience should include computer process control, gas chromatography and instrumentation.
Job Duties to include:
- Operation of several pilot-scale units
- Process equipment maintenance
- Analytical laboratory work
- Ability to effectively monitor processes
- Make observations and decisions based on reactor performance
- Record data
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members
DCS experience is critical and mandated for all candidates.
The job can be physically demanding, involving movement of heavy equipment and carrying materials up and down stairs. Candidates should be able to lift a 60-lb load.
Candidates must be willing to work a variety of shift scheduled.
Funds ARE available for relocation for candidates who meet the above-listed skill sets.
$22 - $26 per hour (Pay rate depending on years of RELEVANT experience, education, etc) – plus overtime (when worked), full bennies, etc.
