Windows 7 Migration Sr. Project Manager – Contract to Perm Position Summary: Oversee 12 to 18 month Windows 7 migration. Responsible for assisting in assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Responsible for implementation quality and success. Responsible for client satisfaction and delivery of value in addition to building stronger relations with the lines of businesses. Manages all phases of the project including the research, acquisition, design, implementation and maintenance for projects associated with IT infrastructure development The role will also include project planning, status reporting, collecting and escalating issues and risks, communicating with the project team, monitoring project health, coordinating business sponsor, requirements, testing, training and implementation activities and potentially post Project activities.
