The Role: Assistant to President & HR Generalist
The Location: Austin, TX (Southeast)
Our growing and dynamic advertising company is looking for a mature team player to fill the role of HAssistant to President & HR Generalist This is an ideal role for an individual who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys multiple challenges and possesses exemplary focus.
Our Assistant to President & HR Generalistwill be responsible for the company's human resource function including benefits administration, OSHA compliance, payroll, recruiting, on-boarding and performance management. They will also provide personal and administrative support to the President and will be seen as the "go to" person in the company. This role is a unique fusion of responsibilities, which makes it challenging, always engaging and never boring!
You Are A Perfect Match If:
You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
You have three or more years experience that includes; drafting HR policies, administering benefits programs, recruiting, OSHA compliance, payroll, on-boarding and performance management
You can function as a human resource professional with a side of personal assistant, which includes: office administration, mail, travel arrangements, filing, personal correspondence, scheduling, drafting, proofing, typing and dictation
You are a sharp, polished professional with the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in written correspondence
You have advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
You are highly self-motivated, organized, have strong attention to detail and demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and discretion
You have familiarity with legal filing system; however this is not an absolute requirement
