Our client based in MA looking for Dot Net developer ( server side development) , let me know if you have any one fit for this positions

Role: Dot Net developer--purely server side development
Duration: 6+ months
Location: Southborough MA
Rate: Open (DOE)

We have 3 openings for mid- to senior-level .NET developers. C#, C++. This is all back end/server side stuff. The description you see is for the most critical. The 2 others are for (1) storage abstraction layer and (2) more junior for some UI (business logic, restful interfaces layer types). 
Work on common innovative framework supporting our data protection line

Demonstrated experience developing using .NET framework.  
Key skills:
  1. .NET 3.x, 4.0
  2.  Database programming (stored procedures-optimized is OK).
  3.  Class modeling and design in OOP
  4.  Programming multithreaded (we have performance and other considerations)
  5.  UI experience is NOT needed in this role
  6.  Knowledge of windows file system internals, windows interprocess methods a plus
  7.  C++ a plus (we have some integrations where this might be helpful)
