Qualifications:
Solid experience developing applications for SharePoint 2007 including Windows Workflow Foundation, InfoPath forms services and Excel services
Solid experience with UI development (WebForms, JavaScript, DHTML/HTML, XML/XSLT) and business logic development 
Solid development experience using .NET technologies with C# and ASP.NET
Ability to evaluate, select and articulate product strategies between the various flavors of SharePoint.
Solid understanding of SharePoint Administration (includes server installation, management and troubleshooting with a focus on planning, deploying and supporting enterprise SharePoint implementations.)
Solid understanding of 3-tier architecture, objected oriented analysis and design 
Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, design, coding and debugging skills 
Attention to performance, scalability, reliability, availability (system & components)
Ability to lead and manage teams of developers
