Business Analyst - Process Project/Program Manager Position at Cisco
POSITION OVERVIEW
This position is primarily responsible for providing process engineering development and support during the design and implementation of a Services Partner Program, as well as throughout various other phases of project work.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
2 years process development experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills, including those related to technical documentation.
Experience managing/leading projects involving multiple resources
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of MS Office tools (i.e., Word, Excel, MS Project, Visio, etc.).
Extensive experience in detailed process flows, spreadsheets and tracking tools
Ability to communicate, coordinate, and work cross functionally
Previous Cisco experience and product knowledge a Plus
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
The process engineer –primarily responsible for:
Identification of current business and operational processes
Create new and build out current process flows and identify key interdependences
Provide alignment with AS-IS Systems State and segment out flows based on owner and functionality
Modify process flows to accommodate all requirements of limited availability leading to General Availability
Create supporting documentation
The process engineer is responsible for providing support during the Limited Availability and General Availability development phase of the project.
Duties include but not limited to:
Provide support for determining specific requirements
Provide support for developing specific solutions
Provide support for verifying accuracy of data and processes
This position is also responsible for providing engineering support during the implementation phase.
Duties include:
Update appropriate updates to developed flows and process documentation
Assist in providing internal support with cross functional organizations
Manage documentation updates
