CPP, Inc. is seeking a strategic Human Resources Manager to join our collaborative HR team focused on supporting our internationally growing organization. This position reports to the Division Director of Human Resources & Organizational Development.

You will be responsible for:

• Attracting and retaining top talent
• Employee relations
• Advising and coaching managers on state and federal laws and company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
• Coaching managers to facilitate motivating annual exempt & non-exempt performance evaluation processes
• Re-creating & managing new hire orientation
• Managing annual open enrollment process
• Ensure Affirmative Action Plan is updated annually
• Managing HR audits such as benefits, ESOP
• Special projects as assigned

And will have:

• 5 - 7 years of HR management experience
• B.A. in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• PHR desired
• Experienced in technical, non-exempt & exempt recruitment
• Excel power user
• Experience with 2010 MS Office Suite.

The successful candidate must be willing to learn our strategic interview & employee relations processes, partner with the entire HR team & hiring managers to fill open positions with superb quality candidates, be self-motivated, caring, well-organized, and have demonstrated recruitment, employee relations, project management, & leadership skills.
