The Senior Manager of Acquisition will responsible for leading the strategy and execution of acquiring new customers across all key online and offline channels including SEM, SEO, Affiliates, Display, Social Media and offline channels like package inserts and print ads. He/she should be able to create and defend data driven marketing plans, own and manage a budget to meet required targets, build and maintain vendor relationships, develop comprehensive test plans on targeting and creative as well as analyze, evaluate and make concise recommendations on channel optimization. This position will report to the VP of Marketing.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop Acquisition Marketing strategy and calendar across the following 1) SEM/SEO, 2) Affiliate,3) Display/Retargeting, 4) Social Media and 5) Partnerships
• Responsible for establishing, managing and monitoring direct marketing metrics for all acquisition programs including cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per registration (CPR) cost per click (CPC), and cost per impression etc.
• Continuously look to test, expand and grow new acquisition channels and partnerships including mobile, social campaigns, print, PIPs etc.
• Develop comprehensive, well thought out, factorial test plans to test offers, creative/copy and targeting. Ability to take a test-optimize-rollout approach to all acquisition programs.
• Develop, own and manage relationships with major ad networks, e.g. Google, Yahoo, Ad.com, etc. as well as vendors
• Ability to manage all programs under a given budget and work with the budget optimally and creatively to ensure the best ROI
• Collaborate closely with email marketing and product marketing team members to ensure conversion is fully optimized for all acquisition programs
• Be the subject matter expert of quickly evolving technology in the acquisition marketing space and ever changing web marketing best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
Desired Skills & Experience
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in acquisition marketing and at least 2 years of that in E-commerce or subscription driven business model
• Must be very comfortable working with analytical tools like Google analytics or Omniture including fluency with test and targeting tools (Omniture T&T, Optimost etc.)
• Experienced in media planning and buying, managing vendors effectively, managing to a budget and meeting revenue/new customer targets
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills and interpersonal skills with an ability to work with the executives and a wide range of professionals
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Must be a creative, out-of-the-box thinker and problem solver
• Must be extremely organized and meticulous, has an entrepreneurial spirit, a self-starter who needs little hand-holding and can get up to speed quickly
