Service Contracts Quotation Specialist - Service Sales Support Analyst

Job Summary

TechWorkers is looking for Service Sales Support Analysts / Quotation Specialists Coordinators for immediate assignment with our Global Networking and Communications client in North San Jose. Our consultants will join a self managed team tasked with assisting clinet partners with entry of highly complex services quotations involving contracts with potentially thousands of line items. This will be a rapid ramp-up for quick learners and strong communicators. Direct customer / partner interaction is involved. Candidates will have outstanding organization, communication and customer skills with strong ability to analyze sort and process large amounts of data using MS-Excel. Stronger candidates may be considered for lead positions. These are great opportunities to gain access to a Silicon Valley icon.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Work with partners and other staff to analyze and enter service quotes
· Make moves, adds and changes to contracts / installed base
· Research and analysis of quote / shipments and related transactions to assure quote accuracy
· Report Generation and Analysis

Experience and Skills

· Highly Motivated, Independent and Hungry "problem solver"
· Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
· Strong time management. organization, analytical, and personal management
· Very fast learner with aptitude for managing large amounts of data / detail
· MS Office proficiency including Word and Excel (using to analyze and manipulate data).
· Bachelors degree in business related field preferred
· Prefer experience, possibly as a "super-user" with internal sales, quotation / order, serialized inventory / installed base or like systems and processes.
· Sales Support, Service Support, Order Management, Finance (A/R/, A/P. Payroll) or other related positions demonstrating outstanding organization and people skills. Previous customer support experience is particularly valuable
