TECHMarket Communications, a boutique, technology-centric PR agency seeks a permanent, full time, in house Outreach Manager. You'll partner with the firms principal to close and deliver client briefings and coverage.
Position requires 3+ years experience but only apply if you are a proven closer. In your cover email send links to coverage you directly assisted in securing. We'll require quality references that substantiate your ability to secure coverage and briefings for clients. If you are the right candidate you come from an agency or from a technology firm and write email pitches that get attention.
To support you, you'll be able to leverage well established in house staff that includes :
Research team member (hard core in depth research at your disposal)
List coordinator (does the pulls for you based on your definitions)
Editor (the best editor you'll ever meet hands down and traffics all docs with clients)
Social media guru (one that simply delights clients in the twitterverse daily)
What you'll need to really, truly get this position :
Verifiable coverage and briefing results
Stellar references
Sense of humor
Eye for detail
Sense of customer service – in terms of work product quality and responsiveness
Super smart and ultra organized
Enterprise domain experience (specifically)
