Note: IDM exp is must 

Role: Sr.Java Developer
Duration: 5 months
Location: Columbus OH
Rate: Open ended.
Interview type: One Phone hire 

Programming: 
Java is a must. 7+ years of experience is a must. 
Experience with Java, J2EE technologies including Servlets, Java Server Pages (JSP),and EJBs. 
Good knowledge of application servers (preferably WebSphere). 
Experience with web development frameworks (JSF, Spring) 
Experience with JUnit, Ant and code quality analysis tools like FindBugs, PMD etc. Experience with Agile Methodologies, Test First Development and Refactoring. 
Experience with web services development and Axis framework highly desirable.

Technical Requirements: 
OS: Windows 2003 and above is a must. Unix/Linux experience is a plus. 

Database Experience: 
SQL experience is a plus. DTS experience is a plus. 

Application Experience: 
Experience with CA Identity Manager . 
Experience with another Identity Management Solution (FIM, Oracle, TIM, etc.) is a plus. SUN ONE LDAP or Oracle Directoryexperience is a plus.
