We are looking for individuals with a "can-do" approach that are passionate about Internet marketing to join an exciting venture. F.I.N.D Media Solutions is looking for a driven "closer" that will proactively reach out to small and medium businesses throughout the Bay area. He or she will be responsible for converting prospects into customers by enrolling them into a performance-based lead buying services. We pay for results, so our compensation plan enables individuals to earn in excess of $175,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute full-cycle sales from cold calls to post-sales support
• Meet or exceed monthly quota for closed partnerships
• Responding to inbound sales inquiries and following up on leads of potential partners
• Transact 50-100 calls/ emails per day and 15 appointments per week.
• Initiate and manage customer-acquisition campaigns via direct mail, email, fax and advertising
• Create and manage a book of business for multiple products and offerings
• Manage, track and grow the database of partners
• Retain customers by processing their feedback, assisting with account issues and maintaining contact on a consistent basis to assure their satisfaction
• Provide useful reporting with actionable ideas for improving the sales process, products and offerings
Job Requirements:
•Minimum of 4 years of experience in selling print and/or Internet advertising to small and medium businesses
• A proven sales track record of earning commissions and bonuses.
• Experience in cold calling and closing long-term contracts and deals
• The ability to articulate the service value proposition based on the customer's needs
• The ability to work independently and solve problems
• Strong phone sales, prospecting, and closing skills
• Ability to quickly learn about new types of products and customers and to integrate diverse offerings into the sales platform
• Must have excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Good technical approach with the ability to learn, understand and operate computer-based systems
• Experience in online marketing, lead generation and startup environment – a plus
