Requirements:

- 8+ years related industry experience in process development/process improvement, business analysis, project management, including needs assessment, business case/ use case creation, scope definition, and project planning
Proven record of strong cross-functional relationship building with peers, management and x-functional partners
- Proven ability to influence peers, cross-functional partners, management, and executive management
- Proven ability to achieve results by introducing new methods and thought processes to drive business improvement
- Proven ability to identify potential program risks, formulate plans to effectively eliminate or mitigate potential risks
- Excellent written and oral communication and meeting/working session facilitation skills
- DMAIC Green/Black Belt a plus
- Proficient in MS Office, Project, Visio
- BA/BS degree in Business, and 8+ years related industry experience

Responsibilities:
- Program manage complex acquisition integration project with significant cross functional and cross organizational engagement.
- Define and Validate Project Scope
- Manage Scope
- Manage Stakeholder Relationships Facilitate Meetings and Manage Information
- Create Project Plans and Schedules
- Drive and Manage Project Execution
- Drive project deliverables by creating timing and action plans, create communication plans and ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
- Manage and own agendas for ALL Integration team meeting
- Update and maintain project documents and minutes

Essential Business Acumen

- Understanding of supply chain processes, from order book to fulfillment, including manufacturing planning, building, and testing
- Influences others to make decisions and take actions aimed at achieving common objectives that ultimately benefit the entire enterprise
- Leads, influences and collaborates with key stakeholders. Achieving project objectives at or below cost.
- Recognizes conflict as soon as it becomes apparent; clarifies differing needs; and executes appropriate strategies to resolve issues
- Consult and partner with others, offer views and advice that add value and perspective to situations
- Manage multiple complex projects within the program and understands how they are interdependent and what that means to the business
- Demonstrates leadership qualities including: a sense of vision, ability to motivate and inspire others, solve problems, meet deadlines, and confident.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills including written, verbal, and listening skills
