Treda Consulting is an emerging Bay area, CA based consulting firm serving hi-tech clients in select niche domains.
Role:
We are seeking Change Management Leads for leading a couple of key enterprise initiatives at one of our silicon valley based networking client.
Candidates with Hi-tech /networking industry experience with experience in Finance, ERP projects, Sales Finance and Sales Marketing functions may receive stronger consideration; however, candidates with other industry backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
KEY Responsibilities:
• Work closely with client leadership to drive CHANGE MANAGEMENT and COMMUNICATIONS efforts in the targeted areas while partnering closely with change management center of excellence and other cross functional teams as needed.
• COMMUNICATIONS: Develop, refine holistic communication and branding strategy and plan. Create crisp, concise and highly effective communications. Plan and execute team events and executive events as needed.
• CHANGE MANAGEMENT: Execute on the change management deliverables in a timely and professional manner and deliver the necessary artifacts. Engage stakeholders, perform impact assessment and guide stakeholders along the complete adoption lifecycle.
• Must be hands on : Execution is the key.
Others:
• Develop supporting collateral (communication schedules, walking decks, brand, videos, content to add to collaborative applications and sites)
• Create PowerPoint decks, organization charts, Vision/Strategy/Execution slides, updates to intranet websites and collaboration sites
• Create quarterly newsletters, executive communications (as necessary), executive video script and videos
• Support All Hands content / presentations development
• Work closely with cross functional teams to drive/ execute on plan / deliverable and to ensure alignment and compliance
Skills and Experience:
• A minimum of 5 + years of relevant experience with skills in Communications and Change Management
• Big 4 consulting background desired.
• Experience with large projects / programs involving cross functional teams and large number of impacted users
• Comfortable in dealing with Sr. leadership as well as project teams in a respectful and effective manner – must be a good team player.
• Deep familiarity & proven experience on executing industry best practices for Change Management concepts and methodologies.
• Excellent written and oral communications and facilitation skills; must have outstanding presentation development and delivery skills, with ability to inform, influence and impact cross functional teams and leaders. Deliver high impact, effective communications material and guiding client leadership and project team members through a professional Change Management approach
• Readiness to adapt and commitment to do what it takes to satisfy demanding clients while maintaining excellent client relationships.
• Bachelors or Master's Degree required
