The successful incumbent will demonstrate increased member enrollment in UnitedHealthcare plans, ROI related to consumer engagement and healthcare behavior change, and increased customer satisfaction.
- Consult with UnitedHealthcare customers to develop customer-specific consumer change management and communications strategies that are aligned with the customer´s health care objectives.
- Create tactical plans for each customer based on strategy and change management concepts.
- Manage the execution of each customer´s tactical plan ensuring projects are high quality, on-time, within budget and aligned with customer objectives.
- Sell communication consulting engagements or ad-hoc projects to new and existing customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor´s degree highly desired
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or related field ideal
- 3+ years Communications, Marketing, or Customer Relations Management experience required
- Marketing Communications experience preferred
- Experience in consulting with senior leaders and developing engagement strategies is must
- Health insurance or health benefits experience required
- Expertise in managing the creative development process
- Change management certification will be required (sponsored by UnitedHealth Group).
- Experience working with change management desired
- Excellent communications and presenting skills.
- Travel 10-25%.
- Significant experience and proven success developing complex communications strategies for a variety of audiences.
- Significant experience and proven success consulting with clients.
