JOB DESCRIPTION
• Business/data analyst focused on driving discount data maintenance processes and reviewing legal contracts signed by the client and its customers
• Drive monthly processes related to discount updates and reconciliation
• Provide case support for discounts issues
• Extract, interpret and consolidate contractual discount and pricing information from legal contracts
• Define, upload, test, validate and maintain contractual discount data in the system
• Interface with Operations team, Legal, Customer Service, Pricing Capability Project Team, Account Managers, IT and other teams for discount issue diagnosis and resolution.
• Document all issues and analysis and provide readout to Operations Lead and Manager
• Support all work streams and responsibilities within the Operations team
• Attend and facilitate issue discussion and status meetings
