Manager Organizational Development

Reports to: Director, OD
Directs and manages the design, development and delivery of skills training, performance management practices, and organizational development for their supporting area of the organization. This specifically will be a corporate role with the main client of Sales.
Responsible for preparing projects, reports and presentations as outlined by Organizational Development team members.
Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and formatting data for projects and reports.
Responsible for assisting in the coordination of organizational projects.
Coach and support the performance and improvement of in-direct reports.
Assess organizational needs and develop department strategies and programs to meet customer requirements.
Initiate or maintain the linkage of department efforts with internal customers to ensure desired outcomes.
Ensure that the best training technology is utilized consistent with customer requirements and cost effectiveness.
Oversee establishing and maintenance of training records and certifications to support personnel actions across the company.
Must Haves:
BS Degree + 5 years relevant experience in training, development and organizational effectiveness.
Must be a strong presenter and training professional.
Must have experience in succession planning, onboarding, and talent management.
