Channel Impact is hiring a Channel Marketing Support Specialist to provide partner support and data analysis to our high tech client. The ideal candidate will have the ability to see and link the pieces of the big picture together across the various channel functions to make our business grow and flourish.


This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.
Overview:
We are seeking a high energy, hands on, detail oriented, organized individual to help support various activities and deliverables of the channel marketing team. This role will be cross functional and requires an individual with a diverse skill set that includes:
• Analytics
• communications
• operations

The ideal candidate will have the ability to react quickly to changing priorities and be able prioritize assignments based on most urgent need and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities include:
• Partner Alias - Manage the partner alias for portal access this includes; assisting partners with log in issues, manage & track Partner Portal licenses, updating and maintain forms, respond to general program questions, route email to appropriate contacts as needed and follow through to completion. Miscellaneous partner alias tasks as requested.
• Database Administration – Own the channel partner database. Run reports and identify bad data. Analyze data in Excel, make corrections, and work with IT personnel to make system updates. Maintain the SFDC page layout used by employees to access partner data.
• Other duties and special requests as assigned.

Skill Sets and Work Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years of high technology experience
• Channel experience preferred, but not required. Channel Marketing experience is a plus.
• Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including remote areas, critical for success in position.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Advanced level user.
• Experience Salesforce.com preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be highly motivated; able to work independently; able to manage multiple tasks and projects.
