please expand your search to include automation testing resources. The jackpot would be Clinical Automation Testers, but an automation tester with maybe around 3 to 5 years concentrated in automation would also qualify. We would like to see that they have used some common industry tools.

3 – 7 years testing experience
Testing certifications
Analytical thinking skills:
Knowledge of negative testing scenarios
Participate as a positive team member on a scrum team, create test scripts, execute and document testing
Will take initiative and question test scenarios and add additional valid scenarios (when needed)
Familiar with hospital software. Typical clinical applications are pharmacy, order entry, OR scheduling, ancillary, patient's data (vital signs, I&Os, allergies, etc). Someone who has been a pharmacist, pharmacy tech, worked in a hospital lab., etc. would be a good fit
GUI Testing experience
Java Testing experience
Familiarity with Excel (current test cases are in excel spreadsheet format)
Ability to meet ETAs and estimated hours
Will accept responsibility to properly test and approve product
Query / SQL experience
