POSITION – FINANCIAL ANALYST
DURATION – 6 MONTHS +
LOCATION – RTP, NC
Financial Governance:
• Quarterly audits of Distributors to identify product returns where the discount was not paid back to the client - This is done through data analysis in the office and does not require travel. The process includes running the data, doing the analysis, and working with the Distributor to negotiate the collection of the money due.
• Coordination of the yearly physical inventory audits for the Americas geography (US, Canada, and Latin America) - This involves working with the various Distributors and analyst to plan out the audits for the coming year. The role does not require any of the physical audits, but is responsible for project managing the various support analysts making the physical count.
• Management of the Stock Rotation allowance for the client's Distributors in the Americas geography.
• Governance of certain bookings placed by the Distributors. This requires running through a set of procedures against a bookings population and then collaborating with the appropriate support contacts to action any findings.
Customer Advocacy:
• Managing the price protection process for the Client's Distributors in the America's geography (Canada, US, Latin America). This involves understanding the price protection policy and working with the appropriate contacts at each Distributor to execute and close out on their price protection claims.
