Title: Community Manager
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6 mos+ (renewable per quarter)

We are looking for a community manager to manage the communities associated with a new Program being launched.

- 5-7 years of Experience as a Community Manager
- Experience with Jive community platform (or a similar community platform), comfortable creating/modifying simple HTML widgets, and preferably have an understanding of new product development processes.
- Should have experience working with Legal and Engineering to ensure the appropriate legal agreements are in place for the program.
- Should work with QA and Engineering teams to gather the information necessary to stand up the product communities, gather different kinds of analytics from multiple sources (including business objects and engineering defect tracking tools) and create usable reports on the data, market the program, and manage future community customization projects.
- Needs to understand where the program fits in the overall new product introduction process, be able to interact well with the engineering teams involved with each different product trial, and understand how the overall program dovetails with the existing communities.
- Excellent communication skills
