FrontRange Solutions is seeking a Director of Marketing for one of the leading business productivity titles. You will be responsible for the outbound and inbound marketing activities for your products. You will craft the messaging and positioning for products. You´ll conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits are crucial. In your role as Director of Marketing you will be the expert in buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge to the sales channels.


Responsibilities

Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for your products with an emphasis on :
- Use of inbound marketing vehicles to create brand
awareness and interest
- Design and manage on line display and search terms
campaigns, conversions, and budgets.
- Prepare key metrics that track net new customers and
monitor other key web metrics
- Mange both Americas and International campaigns
- Mange marketing automation tools

Channel Marketing – assist in the design of tools and programs to help channel partners manage their leads and create their own pipeline.
Help Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates your products in the market based on the strategic objectives of the business unit.
Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products
Product launch – plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
Market intelligence – be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them
Customer Referrals – own and manage the timely collection and dissemination of customer success stories for use in marketing and sales activities.


Requirements

Bachelor's in business or marketing
7-10 years of software product marketing experience with at least 2-3 years' experience in a field facing role focused on consumer or SMB b2b marketing
Solid understanding of SMB market space.
Should have experience with Marketing Automation tools such as: Marketo, and Eloqua
Experience with cloud based application marketing.
Experience with international demand generation tools.
Very strong written communication skills
Willing to travel 25%
Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
