Our client is looking for a Vice President Customer Success (Customer Support & Services)
who will be responsible for managing and building several teams including: inbound support team, outbound customer advocate team, deployment/onboarding team, field/onsite operations team.
This position reports directly to the CEO/Founder of a fast growing, small, profitable SaaS company in downtown San Francisco.
You'll be tasked with delivering an incredible customer experience. Keep our customers happy and ensure their success by growing and managing all aspects of our Member Services.
* Hire, train, coach, and mentor.
* Create, manage, and implement team growth plan to meet growth of company.
* Create, revise, and implement policies and procedures for optimal department performance.
* Manage technology solutions for the department, including evaluating and recommending new solutions.
* Continually plan and set strategy for the process and productivity improvement of the department.
* Communicate between department heads to promote your need and ideas and ensure other department´s needs are met.
REQUIREMENTS
* You've done it before...building customer-centric teams from small (~10 people) to large (60+ people) several times.
* You've got years of experience implementing the technologies that enable a super successful team.
* College degree.
* Exposure supporting a SaaS solution, highly desierable
