The Role: Director of First Impressions

Balanced Hormones & Health Restorative Wellness Center (BH2) is a leading bio-identical hormone replacement clinic for women and men of all ages. At BH2, we focus on improving the health and wellness of our patients using safe and natural methods through integrated, comprehensive and individualized programs. Based in Austin, Texas, we also have clinics in Dallas and San Antonio and will soon be expanding throughout the United States.
BH2 is looking for a Director of First Impressions to serve as the "face" of our Company. The Director of First Impressions will be the first person our patients come in contact with. The Director of First Impressions will answer the multiple-line phone system, process new patient information such as demographics, basic account information, lab requisitions and e-mails. They will also pull charts, labs and necessary information for weekly appointments, process sales and shipping and keep the lobby clean and stocked. Our ideal candidate will be an independent self-starter who leads a healthy and active lifestyle in accordance with the mission of our Company.
Your Required Skills & Experience:
•You have a high-school diploma; some college coursework is ideal, but not required
•You have one to two years experience as a front desk-receptionist, office manager or office assistant; medical office experience helpful, but not required
•You have used multiple-line phone systems and are able to handle large call volumes and communicate messages in a neat and timely manner
•You are customer-oriented with ability to resolve needs and issues independently
•You are a stickler for detail
•You are computer savvy and are able to learn multiple systems and processes with ease
•You are open-minded, resilient and work well in a dynamic environment
•You are outgoing and proactive
