The Director of Sales Operations is responsible for supporting the sales operations, including operations, reporting, and administrative leadership to support the sales team. Versatility, flexibility, strong work ethic, and creative team spirit are required. Reports directly in WWVP of Field Operations.
Responsibilites:
Project Leader on implementation of SFDC
Provides analysis of sales force trends, rankings and performance in an effort to identify greater efficiencies
Assimilates inputs to provide tactics & ideas for optimizing sales force productivity
Develops and measures key performance metrics and dashboards
Analyze sales data, including wins/losses and generate weekly forecast and metric reports for Sales Management
Owns responsibility to work with sales management to provide dashboards, reports, and sales forecast
Ensures alignment of territories/divisions/regions and maximizes effectiveness of the sales force
Help structure commissions/comp plan strategy, key interface to both accounting and finance
Work closely with Sales Training & Enablement in the on-boarding and training of new hires
Assist in all facets of sales planning, including quotas, headcount, and sales plan
Required:
College degree required
6+ years experience in sales operations, CRM, SFDC management in the high technology software industry; start-up and SaaS experience strongly preferred
Deep skills in managing and administering SFDC
Ownership for implementation of a global RFI/RFP library/process
Excellent communications email and verbal communication skills, with experience in developing and making formal presentations to executive management
Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales processes, procedures and policies
Experience managing personnel and contributing toward the development of department strategy
Strong problem solving, organizational and collaboration skills
