Role: Channel Incentive Program Manager – Small Business

Position Overview:
Channel impact is seeking a full time channel program manager to provide incentive program campaign development and execution support to our client's Small Business organization.
This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Campaign Development, budgeting and Execution:
a. Work with Client's Marketing, Sales and Product Sales Specialists, lead the scoping of incentives and promotions, aligned to Commercial and Velocity market priorities to generate incremental revenue through partner's community.
b. Look for opportunities to target communities of partners with sales initiatives tailored to that community (eg. Unregistered partners, newly registered, technology specialists)
c. Leverage 4 offers and rewards categories to create simplicity and consistency of experience for the partner. Create the right 'blend' of offers based on country priorities.
d. Determine budget requirements for campaign activities and ensure campaigns are designed to fall within the defined budgets
e. Submit best practices to the Worldwide Virtual team and collaborate with counterparts in other countries to build global expertise.
f. Analyze activity on Client's online tools and use data to target offers. For example – personalize offers based on partner on line interest profile.
g. Work with wider Commercial sales team to drive awareness, acceptance and results.
h. Work with sales, marketing and distributors to promote the incentive to partners
i. Maintain momentum of partner incentives by generating financial leaderboards of partner performance, and communicate strategies to the sales teams to focus them around the growth opportunity partners
2. Campaign reporting
a. Manage tracking of the campaigns, and partner reward claims through third party agency
b. Measure impact of sales campaigns to report the return on investment, and to feed into future campaign design
3. Drive sales campaigns and reasons to call through internal sales teams
a. Alongside partner promotions and incentives, look for opportunities to package vertical, technology or business-led "reasons to call" for internal sales teams to run as callout campaigns to communities of partners
b. Work with Client's virtual sales team managers to schedule and execute these reasons to call campaigns through the quarter
c. Report on the resulting pipeline and revenue generated from these campaigns
Skill Sets:
• 3-5 years of channel incentive program experience
• Proven track-record in developing and executing incentives and promotions
• Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills to analyze partner revenue and growth, estimate budgets, run campaigns to budget, and to report on results
• Sales account management experience working with channel partners in Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) sector
• Experience in leveraging and managing agencies
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
