Our client is a fast growing, venture funded, online startup located in San Francisco, looking for a First Rate Director Social Media/PR/Content
The Director will be responsible for:
• Awareness: Significantly raising clients's awareness and help to establish their category through PR, social media, and viral marketing campaigns.
• PR Outreach: Drive outreach efforts with influencers, bloggers, media. Manage PR agency
• Social Media: Lead the company's social media efforts and viral marketing to increase the awareness of the brand and grow our online presence.
• Content/Blog: Manage the development of all content for the company including infographics, customer case studies, and blog. Lead development of all content to support PR
Required skills:
• A new-world Marketing professional with a deep understanding of how social media, PR, and SEO work together to drive awareness
• Direct experience managing Social Media
• Excellent strategic writing, messaging, and communication skills
• Scrappy and results driven – ability to demonstrate a proven track record of results
• . The candidate needs to have a proven track of delivering results and being scrappy, not just advising clients.
• Minimum of 7 years of PR/social media experience. Bachelor's degree required.
• Have managed teams/direct reports
