BDS Marketing is a retail marketing agency that represents a major consumer electronics manufacturer. We are looking for fun, energetic and enthusiastic people who have a passion for computers and consumer electronics, and who can make a positive impact on our client’s brand through hands on demonstration of their products at store locations within malls in major metropolitan areas.
Who are you?
You are a people person! You have an outgoing personality and you love to get others excited about the latest technology. Ideally, you have 2 or more years of experience in sales and customer service, and you thrive on working with customers face to face. Your passion for electronics makes you the tech-person that people turn to.
Job Functions/Duties/Responsibilities
- Greet every guest in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
- Develop brand loyalty to Dell by providing an incredible customer experience on every interaction
- Achieve sales and profitability goals by consistently and pro-actively engaging guests utilizing the Company’s sales process
- Build a loyal customer base by creating long-term relationships
- Perform a variety of non-negotiable standards of kiosk operations including cleaning, visual merchandising, asset protections, etc.
- Close sales to meet or exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, high traffic environment.
- Conduct product demonstrations to consumers
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent, some college course work preferred
- Previous experience in service industry or retail industry
- Ability to work a variety of shifts based on business needs included evenings, holidays and three weekends per month
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Bi-lingual ability preferred in some markets
- Prior point of sale experience
- Ability to work alongside other associates, as part of a team
- Background check and drug screen required
