HireBetter is searching for a hands-on Marketing Manager to work with its management team and outside consultants to coordinate and project manage HireBetter's re-branding strategy, as well as the development and launch of our new marketing plan. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing sales collateral, performing various lead generation efforts, overseeing the Company's social media campaigns, and utilizing trade shows and events as marketing tools. This position will manage multifaceted responsibilities and will require a diverse, talented individual who excels in both internal and external cross-functional marketing collaborations. This position could be full-time or part-time for the right candidate, with the ability to work virtual at times.

Required Skills & Experience:

• You have a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
• You have five plus years of marketing experience
• You possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• You have strong project management skills and experience
• You have experience and are able to execute a multifaceted marketing plan within budget
• You have experience with social media
• You have experience in creating and utilizing metrics to measure the success of marketing efforts
• You have proven success executing marketing initiatives that have a positive ROI
• You are a self-starter, can think strategically, and work well in a changing and dynamic environment

Additional Skills & Experience:
• Experience utilizing trade shows and events as marketing tools a plus
• Experience mining databases and interpreting results to drive business strategy
• Experience creating and executing on lead generation efforts
