We have an immediate need for SAP TESTER/ SAP Performance Management Consultant: * 12 – 24 months • Cupertino, CA
SAP Performance Management Consultant:· 12 – 24 months* Cupertino, CA*
Local consultants are preferred or consultant will need to relocate·
(They are looking for mid-level people not Architects)
The consultants will be responsible for:
1. Advanced performance testing (passion for testing is key)
2. Trouble shooting and root cause analysis (creativity encouraged)
3. Performance Tuning (deep expertise is required)
Our client’s environment is a challenging large batch processing environment that allows consultants the ability to BREAK things and creatively explore problem solving.
· Must understand SAP performance and the key drivers that impact the performance of SAP applications: ·
· Testing SAP environment using Load Runner, with successful examples and lessons learned regarding tuning. ·
· Candidates must have a deep understanding of the SAP transaction codes for monitoring, tracing and tuning the application. ·
· Knowledge of SQL tuning and demonstrated knowledge of the impacts at the application and database layers.·
Qualifications:·
· 2 years of in depth performance tuning and demonstrated success finding and resolving performance issues.
· Candidate must know performance tuning inside and out.·
· ABAP knowledge for reviewing code for performance issues and working with the ABAP team·
· SAP cross functional knowledge includes SD, MM and FI·
· Functional knowledge of the application preferred
