Job Description:
The Drupal Developer/Administrator will be working in a LAMP environment to develop, manage, and maintain web applications and systems that support our online digital presence.
Job Responsibilities:
Upgrade Drupal 7 Core
o Track Drupal Core security releases and upgrade to latest and greatest release as and when available.
o QA entire website and administrative functionality on test environment and release upgrade to production upon successful testing.
o Modify custom module as required if the upgrade process breaks custom built functionality
Update Contributed Modules
o Track security releases for all contributed modules we use and update to the latest and greatest release as and when available.
o QA entire website and administrative functionality on test environment and release updates to production upon successful testing.
Built additional functionality as required
o Investigate availability of contributed modules that fit new or modified functionalities identified from time to time.
o Build custom modules and templates as required to fit functionality requirements if no contributed modules identified.
Job Requirements:
Experienced web developer with in-depth knowledge of PHP/MySQL/Drupal/JQuery with hands-on experience with Drupal7 development and administration (updates and upgrades).
