Position Overview: Channel Impact is seeking a Finance Specialist, to work with our client's World Wide Partner Small and Mid-Market Finance organization. In this W2 opportunity with Bergerson Group you will:
- Learn how an industry leading company develops incentives and promotions to increase revenue through indirect resale channels
- Gain hands on experience, using your excellent data analysis skills, to help the client measure and monitor the impact of the promotions and incentives
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, and communicate effectively with the leadership team
- Coordinate with global finance teams to align the contra close process on a monthly basis
Responsibilities Include:
- Establish queries in Business Objects and create dashboards for increased reporting capabilities
- Data analysis: creating pivot tables, graphs, etc
- Creating metrics package for management team in PowerPoint
- Ad hoc reporting as needed
Skill Sets:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience using Business Objects
- Strong understanding of PowerPoint, including finding relevant imagery to tell a story within PowerPoint.
- Master or MBA with a concentration in Finance or Economics
- Past experience working in high tech is a plus
- Eager to learn and get the job done
